LatterDayBride Cleaning and Health Protocols for COVID.

Amidst the worries concerning the Coronavirus, we're committed to you, our dear customer, as well as our LatterDayBride work family. We'd like to put your mind at ease, so you can have a worry-free and wonderful experience in our store.

We are open!

You are more than welcome to still come and try on dresses. Our showroom has private dressing rooms and viewing areas that we clean regularly, and our showroom is large enough to practice social distancing with ease. If you're worried about shipping delays, we have you covered! We offer the largest selection of in-stock modest wedding dresses in the world, so you can take home your dream dress today! Make an appointment soon to visit us!

What we're doing for our customers:

We are regularly sanitizing our front desk, door handles, windows, work stations, and check out desk. Our receptionist is now not only our Director of First Impressions, but also our Director of First Prevention. We have hand sanitizer available as you enter our showroom for you and your party. Our stylists wash their hands before and after each appointment, and maintain their social distancing, except for when helping with zipping up dresses. We also have masks available for every employee to wear, so let us know when you come in if you'd like your stylist to use one!

If you would rather, we have started a virtual appointment program where you can use FaceTime/Skype to see one of our lovely stylists try on the gowns you are interested in, and talk you through all the necessary info of a regular appointment. For more information on that, feel free to give us a call at (801)363-3688.

For any customers who feel uncomfortable traveling to us, we also offer a Try It Before You Buy It program, so you can try on your dream dresses in the comfort of your own home.

For customers who have previously purchased, rest assured! Your dresses are being monitored closely for any delays. Our gowns affected by delays are few and far between, and any customers with delays have been informed, with very few of those cases causing disruptions for our brides. Our dress designers are working their hardest to get you your gown in time.

What we're doing for our employees:

Any employees with even minor symptoms of fever, cough, cold, flu-like symptoms, or shortness of breath are asked to stay home until they are well. We check to ensure that employees are healthy each day, so that they are also welcomed into a stress-free environment. Our employees also maintain healthy distances from one another in the back office. Hand washing is second nature as we handle the orders being shipped out as well.

What you can do to help:

We ask that anyone with a fever, cough, cold, flu-like symptoms, or shortness of breath to please remain at home during the appointment, to ensure the safety of all of our customers. We also ask that young children, anyone with preexisting medical conditions, or the elderly remain at home so we can protect their health and protect the health of our other patrons. We also ask that you bring just 1-2 party members with you so that we can contain the number of people we have in our store. We have high-speed wifi that can be used for FaceTiming other important party members.

What we will continue to do:

Our commitment to you is safety and flexibility. We are constantly aware of and monitoring the protocols issued by the government, both federal and state. Above all else, we value the health and peace of mind of our employees and our customers. We'll keep you updated day-by-day in this dynamic situation. Thank you for your patience and support.
